About the Course

This course is required for all new Certified Management Consultants (CMCs) and introduces them to the Code of Professional Conduct to which all CMCs in Canada must adhere. Guided by one of our certified Instructors, the class reviews various aspects of the Code and discusses real life challenges where ethics must be considered to maintain a CMC's professional standards. Learners will gain understanding of how to avoid, prevent, and resolve, ethical dilemmas frequently encountered by Management Consultants.
